Digital Support Group

The group hosts a digital support meeting every Wednesday at 6 pm through our WhatsApp community group , accessible on phone, tablet, or PC. We recommend using headphones for an enhanced experience. This digital format allows greater accessibility for individuals with health conditions hindering physical attendance. Although the group is based in Fife, we welcome members from the international ADHD community to join us.
